• 20% of total sales price of every product.
• 5% off any product of your choice for 6 months when you write an article on a product that gets published in our newsletter.
• No additional charge for credit card use (a 3% savings).

Shipping Price

• Flat rate $6.99.
• Add $3.00 for east coast shipping.

Shipping Times

• In-stock products shipped within 72 hours via Canada Express Post.
• All shipments have a trackable number and insurance.

Packages take 2-3 business days Canada wide. If recipient is not at home when package arrives, they will be left a note to pick up at their local Canada Post outlet.

Please note: special order items and backorder items take longer.

Orders can be sent overnight with Purolator or shipped anywhere outside Canada for the actual fee they charge based on weight. Shipping times and quotes are done on demand.

Billing Cycle

Consumers' or practitioners' credit card is billed by us. There is no additional charge for credit card use.

Commission is paid at the end of the month. Receive payment by 10th day of following month. Minimum payment must be $75 payment or it will be forwarded to the next statement.

Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned for 100% credit towards their account (credit used towards the purchase of products).

• Must return within 30 days; buyer is responsible for associated shipping costs.
• Special ordered and custom manufactured remedies are non-refundable.

Additional Fees

Website hosting (2nd year and on) $50 per year, compare at $30 and up per month.

Website updates $25 per hour. Flat rates also available per job. Includes updating unique "buy now" products to personal web page.

Domain name registration for any .com name. Starting at $14 per year.

Upgraded websites available starting at $200 includes fullname.com.

Mailouts services starting at $1.00 per address and $0.60 for each unaddressed address.
